Champion and Angelo Baque have joined forces once again for their second collaboration, inspired by Baque’s Ecuadorian roots and Indigenous Latin American culture.

FIT Adjunct Professor Richard Jaffe hosted a fireside chat with Authentic’s SVP, Merchandising Piera Onorati and SVP, Business Development, Lifestyle Milou Gwyn at Authentic’s NYC HQ last week. During the talk, the two offered students from the Global Fashion Management master’s program insights on the company’s licensing model and brand portfolio.
The event concluded with a surprise appearance from Global President, Sports and Lifestyle Jarrod Weber, who participated in a special Q&A session with the students, followed by a showroom tour. It marked FIT’s second annual visit, joined by partnering international schools Centro, Institut Français de la Mode and Hong Kong Poly Tech.
