The separate bedroom and sofa bed in the living room can accommodate up to 4 people or represent an ideal alternative for couples seeking more space. Just a few meters from Tompkins Square Park, you can walk to Soho, Greenwich Village, Chinatown and Little Italy within minutes. The apartment has a luxury not always so common in the center of Manhattan: a separate bedroom! This bright and calm space features a large closet, comfy bedding, seating and a cottage-like feel. For the hot summers (they can get quite hot in NYC!), we provide you with an air conditioner that allows you to escape for a few hours from the humidity of the city. LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN AREA

The modern living room has a sofa bed for two people. While you probably do not come to NYC to cook, the fully-functioning kitchen - fridge, oven and even dishwasher- gives you the opportunity to do so should you wish to entertain or have a night in. Comes particularly handy if you want to escape the local cuisine from time to time or prepare a breakfast at 4:00 am (thank you jet lag). AND A STYLISH BATHROOM

Like the rest of the apartment, the bathroom has been redone and contains all the comforts of a modern bathroom. I could go on about the color of the tiles, the effectiveness of the shower or the beauty of the mirror, but I think you get the message: it is clean and functional.
