In order to promote diversity in production, Evoke is excited to collaborate with Black Spectrum Theater in Queens. Evoke has partnered to create a "teaching tech" program for the production of "Mae Jemison".

Rather than the usual creative process we are taking time to teach students and young adults design process, tech process, focus, and programming. With hands on learning and a full experience of bringing this play to the stage for Black History Month. By opening the entire company will have gained valuable skills and knowledge to foster a career in theatrical design.

Evoke is continuously engaging with our community and we encourage our peers to do the same. Come work with us and be the change in the industry we all want to see.

We may be busy at LDI but Evoke Collaborative and our clients never rest. Congratulations to Booz Allen Hamilton on their shiny new innovation center. Over a year in the making we worked with architects OTJ and our partners to provide a 400 foot digitally responsive led light fixture as well as task and area lighting plus event lighting from Robe, GLP, and Chauvet. Our collaborator Jason Livingston of Studio-TL worked side by side with us to bring this vision to reality. shout outs to Kara O'Grady Aves Benny Kirkham Cory Froke Chris Curran
