Last week in Cartagena – ISAPS. Giving my lecture “2024 Facelifting: Combining Surgery and Radiofrequency for Structural and Biological Rejuvenation”. The picture shows the very latest in bipolar radiofrequency tenchnology – Quantum 10 for face and neck. Giving skin tightening and rejuvenation. There is no other bipolar radiofrequency instrument with both electrodes on the end of a probe.

On plane this morning to Cartagena for The International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery World Congress 2024 where I will be speaking on “2024 Facelifting: Combining Surgery and Radiofrequency for Structural and Biological Rejuvenation”. I have been combining this technology with surgery for the past 8 years. The results are amazing! I will also be moderating presentations on the Role of Energy Devices, Threads and Fillers in Facial Rejuvenation that will be presented by colleagues from around the world. 🌎

In addition, I will be moderating the session “Moving From Unpredictability to Finesse in Breast Augmentation” which is a very special session being presented by world recognized surgeons.

I am grateful for the compliments from a surgical colleague. I strive to deliver great results and patient care everyday!

Spring Ball for The Society of Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center at the Plaza Hotel last night. Bracie, Muffie, and Ashleigh. Muffie has been President of The Society for the past two years. Last night raised 2.1 million dollars. A great night’s work!

Sunday morning in Vancouver: I had the pleasure of moderating the dynamic panel discussion entitled ‘Icing on the Cake: Skin Resurfacing for the Facelift Patient’. With esteemed presenters .chrissurek, Dr. Jay Burns (), and Dr. on my right ( had to catch a flight), and engaging discussants and on my left, the stage was set for an insightful exchange of ideas. 🙌🏻

All the presentations, described by my colleagues, showcased their ✨most up-to-date techniques and procedures✨, offering a thorough explanation of skin rejuvenation for facelift patients.

Aesthetic Society 2024: Discussion of presentations made by colleagues on Variations in Facelifting - Does it Make a Difference? The Full Spectrum of SMAS Manipulation. Good presentations. Always good to see what other surgeons are doing. I am not changing my techniques!

At The Aesthetic Society Annual Meeting in Vancouver making a presentation comparing the training for facial rejuvenation surgery by Plastic Surgery residents and ENT residents and how it can be made more successful. I then moderated the panel discussion on the subject.

Swipe left to see me later in the day during the Hot Topics Session presenting the NEW InMode Quantum device for skin tightening. It is bipolar, and both electrodes are in the tip of the device, which is placed under the skin. I’ve been very impressed with the results. It is anticipated that this will be released to other surgeons during July or August 2024.

It can be used as a standalone procedure for skin tightening or during a facelift to improve skin quality.

I love days when we are just doing rhinoplasty, but actually I love all the surgeries I perform that is why I continue to do it. People have said we should be posting more often. We haven’t posted often recently because we have been very busy with surgery, lectures, etc. I will do better going forward.

Giving my first requested lecture at the 1st International American Aesthetic Surgery Symposium in Dubai to a filled room! (Swipe left ➡️).

I spoke about my facelift evolution and journey, describing which techniques give the best and most long-lasting results.

It is amazing that more than 600 plastic surgeons from all over the Middle East and the rest of the world 🌍 came to this inaugural conference organized by .society and .uae!

There is definitely a world-wide interest in aesthetic procedures and I am glad to be a part.

I look forward to returning to Dubai as a member of the faculty of the International American Aesthetic Meeting (IAAM) January 19-21 being held at the Conrad Hotel. In 2015, I was honored to be the Keynote Lecturer for The First Meeting of the Emirates Plastic Surgery Society (EPPS). For the upcoming meeting the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (AS), the Arab Association of Surgical and Medical Aesthetics (ASSMA) and the Emirates Plastic Surgery Society (EPSS) have joined forces to produce an outstanding, one of a kind, educational event! Great faculty, superb program!

I will be talking about the evolution and development of my facelift techniques, and combining advanced radio frequency technology to enhance surgical results. In addition, during a two-hour Facelift Masterclass Lecture, surgical videos will clearly demonstrate my 2024 facelift techniques (all in the Deep Plane, autologous fat grafting, etc) and show immediate and long term results.

I look forward to learning from colleagues at this meeting.

Enjoying time with .aston at on Parents Weekend! Superb!

Last weekend I received this kind message from a patient on whom I operated 20 years ago. She talks about how significant her aesthetic procedure has been in her life for the past 20 years. For many years I have been fortunate enough to have thousands of patients express their pleasure with their surgical results.

Making patients happy has always been, and continues to be, my goal, and it is the greatest reward in my career.

Early autumn elegance on the center of Park Avenue is in front of our office. Elegant results will be coming out of our door all season. 🍂✨

Yesterday at Georgetown University helping daughter Ashleigh get moved into her dorm room. Today in Chicago giving lecture "Biological Structural Rejuvenation of Skin of Face and Neck" using Bipolar Radio Frequency to approximately 1000 attendees at the 2023 InMode Users Summit.

This patient had five fractional Co2 laser treatments to her facial skin over 18 years. The scars and loss of pigment are obvious. Post operative picture following 1 Facelift and 1 Morpheus8 Treatment!!

I am honored that my colleagues voted me as the best plastic surgeon in New York for facelift and eyelid surgery, as published in Newsweek. I love making patients happy with natural and elegant results!

My daughters Ashleigh & Bracie graduated from the Spence school. I am so very proud of them!! 🎓
