“Many creatures ever reach the age of 19. This one was neither presdicted nor deserving of such a humble breakthrough ( we thrashed JonBenet Ramsey ).
So come congratulate our longetivity over tragically slain children and dance to the Pakastani surf rockers The Minarets and NYC’s best yet to meet their deserved fate.
There’ll food and drinks and folks that don’t quite look you in the eye.
5 til laaaaaaaaaaaate. Bring at least one dancin shoe!

Ok. Sooooooo, after long and sad times apart, we are thrilled to have our beloved back to the dusty decks. It happens to be his birthday by no coincidence. What do you give to the man that doesn’t give a s**t? Obligation!!!!
He has a gig before but will be here at 9 to play the songs you missed from the folks you wished.
He loves food!!

At The Great Georgiana we are acutely aware of how the COVID-19 pandemic has affected many people across the country, our community, and our industry. Our staff, neighborhood, and community is what makes us who we are.

Unfortunately, the people most affected by this closure are the staff members whom you all know and love. Most everyone in this industry is forced to go on unemployment, but unable to even apply at this point due to government websites crashing and phone lines bogged down.

Many of you have reached out and asked how you can help during this time, and even the thought itself is greatly appreciated. During the closure, we will be starting a fund to support our staff. 100% of proceeds will be directly given to staff to support them while we are closed to the public.

We know these are hard times for everyone, and we look forward to seeing you on the other side of this trying time!

It's uncomfortably hot and sweaty in NYC right now, so our beloved bartender is combining booze and ice-cream to make the 'popsi-kewl'.
Dark rum, triple sec, fresh lime, brown sugar simple and a coconut popsicle keeping our pits dry and our whining seasonal.

When the subject of all time favourites is raised, is always very high on this scribes list.
Not just one of the great singer / songwriters of our lifetimes, but a heck of a drinking buddy, a raconteur supreme, a randy dandy and thoroughly decent chap.
He's coming by the bar tomorrow afternoon for a quick drink before returning to dad duties. We're putting a guitar and microphone in the corner to wink at him. He generally takes the bait.
6pm....ish
We are honoured.
