The new D Room is a gorgeous control room with all the right tools to make a great record. Shared mic locker with the rest of the Studio G Brooklyn collection, shared instruments, a built in chamber in the entryway, and a really great sounding control room featuring the same ATC 25’s as found in all of our rooms. The live room in D, coupled with the chamber in the airlock, has created some giant drum sounds even in a relatively small footprint.
This room is perfect for projects where overdubs, individual tracks like vocals or strings or voiceover need to happen in a warm intimate space that doesn’t give up any of the quality of the rest of the facility. It’s quickly becoming a favorite for mixing using the dangerous audio ST to monitor and lots of great plugs and outboard. Let’s record!

Our D room is fully operational and ready for you. There is a live chamber space built right in, so the drum tracking sounds GIANT even in a relatively small space. We are all loving this room.
