Cairo Boutique: Villa Magenta
A one-of-a-kind destination, the Molteni&C Cairo Boutique is housed in a beautifully restored 1911 residence now known as Villa Magenta.
Conceived as a hub for design, Villa Magenta was brought to its former glory by Blend Furniture, the design revival work was done by architect Mohamed Fares of MF & Associates, preserving the building’s opulent features that embody the Neo Classical style.
Home to the 2100 sq. ft Molteni&C Boutique, the historic landmark offers a one-of-a-kind experience of the Molteni&C Collection. The dining room display features the Blevio table by Ignazio Gardella paired with the Chelsea chairs by Rodolfo Dordoni, while the living area showcases the Marteen sofa by Vincent Van Duysen in an elegant dialog between tradition and innovation. In a seating area by the window, original architectural details create a picturesque backdrop for the Panna Cotta small table by Ron Gilad and the D.154.1 armchair by Gio Ponti.
Located in the historic Korba neighborhood of the Heliopolis district, Villa Magenta serves as Cairo’s most prestigious purveyor of high-end furniture.
