How perfect are these S’mores? One of our team members, Piki, seems to have perfected topping the s’mores cookies. It’s not an easy feat: You have to take them out of the oven halfway into baking put the marshmallow on precisely so they melt perfectly, but don’t over brown or fall off. THEN once they are done fully baking you have to put the chocolate and graham cracker on at the perfect time when the marshmallow is not too hot and not too cool. Piki has completely mastered this task. When I walk into 80th st I always know when he baked and topped the s’mores! Have you tried a Piki s’mores cookie yet?
