Adaptive Teaching is about flexing our teaching methods to meet the needs of every learner. At ESF, we personalize our lesson plans, vary our instructional techniques, and utilize creativity to enhance engagement. Adaption is key!
At ESF, we customize workouts to meet the athlete where they are. Whether it’s aiming for muscle hypertrophy, strength, or endurance we adapt our training programs to reach specific goals. A great example of this is a seated overhead press. This particular exercise can be adapted by adjusting the weight and/or reps. Lastly, we always want to make sure the athlete uses proper form and maintains control throughout the movement. Happy lifting!

Boxing engages multiple muscle groups simultaneously. It targets the upper body, lower body, core, and provides a comprehensive full-body workout.
