Our culinary students at Education & Workforce had the chance to stop by Jubilee Marketplace for a Meat & Greet. Students got to learn the 101s of butchering and more about the culinary industry through a workshop and tour.

We were so proud to watch our advocacy director, Larry Wood, receive an award from at their 50th Anniversary celebration! Larry has fought for low-income tenants for more than 30 years and is an expert on Single-Room Occupancy (SRO) housing. He’s in the second row here, wearing his Mets cap of course! Thanks ANHD and congrats on 50 years of great work.

We were delighted to watch Larry Wood get honored at the ANHD 50th anniversary gala! Larry has fought tirelessly for low-income renters, especially Single-Room Occupancy tenants, for more than 30 years. We're proud to work with him. Thanks ANHD! October marked the beginning of the partnership between our CLIMB program at Education & Workforce and Manhattan Neighborhood Network - MNN. Our students will be doing a 20-week training with state-of-the-art gear and instructors with the goal of enriching their skills, nourishing their creativity, and starting their careers.
