Job Title: Bookkeeper
Location: New York City Midtown
Pay: $25 per hour

We are seeking a well-organized and experienced Bookkeeper. You will be responsible for overseeing accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll, and conducting other tasks related to finance.
If you excel at recording data and have the ability to produce clear financial reports, we want to hear from you.

Position overview:
▪ Track expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts and other financial dealings of company
▪Provide regular financial reports (weekly, monthly and yearly)
▪Monitor accounts payable and receivable
▪Ensure timely processing of payroll

Qualifications:
▪3+ years of experience in related field
▪Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and QuickBooks
▪Strong organizational and analytical skills
Detail oriented with proficient organizational and time management skills
▪Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
▪High level of professionalism and integrity
