JOB STATUS: Sales Associate
LOCATION: New York City Midtown
PAY: $15 - $20 per hour/depending on experience

RESPONSIBILITIES
•Provide impeccable customer service and demonstrate a passion for the customer experience
•Ability to maintain relationships and ongoing rapport with clientele
•Ability to work both independently as well as part of a cohesive team
•Demonstrate strong product expertise, engaging clients with the storytelling of the brand and product
•Assist in merchandising and maintenance of the floor
•Support the store operations as needed
•Participate in stock analysis and cycle counts as needed
•The drive to achieve personal sales goals as well as store KPIs

QUALIFICATIONS
•Preferred 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment
•Preferred bi-lingual in Spanish and English
•Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
•High energy, upbeat and enthusiastic with the ability to integrate fun and work
•Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually, and as a team
