All of our loyal customers, friends and well wishers we regretfully announce that this weekend will be our last. Our last service is tomorrow. Our weekend feature will be the tasty and flavor packed Stir Fry Pizza again. Ginger-Sambal red sauce, bell peppers, onions, snap peas and broccoli with our house cheese blend. Garnished with cilantro, scallions and Mae Ploy. We are so grateful for all of you and we will let you know where we land so we dont have to be strangers!
Sliced Up Pizza will be closed this Tuesday and Wednesday again, May 25th and 26th. We apologize for any inconvenience, this is not an easy decision. We will re-open Thursday the 27th and hope to see you this weekend.

It's our 1 year anniversary today! We are grateful for all you and your support. We hope you enjoyed what we have come up with and fully expect to continue to push the boundaries of the pizza business. Obviously, our Taco Pizza is on all week, check the prior post for detailed ingredient list. As for our Anniversary special...buy a large pizza (feature, 1 topping, 12 toppings, whatever) and get your choice of a knot (garlic or cinnamon) or a large house salad on us! Taco, taco, taco! Happy Cinco de Mayo to everyone, and what better way to celebrate than to call us? Grab some Corona or Modelo, and the holiday is complete. We will run it all week, but let's face it, won't be as good tomorrow as it is today. We re-prepped the Pierogi Pizza! Since it sold so well, and got great feedback, we decided to run it one more time. Starting today, through Sunday, we will have our Pierogi Pie on feature. It's a heavy pie, so you will not see it this summer, so get it while you can!

Seeing as I married into a great Polish family, I thought it appropriate to make a pizza out of their National Dish. So say hello to our Pierogi Pizza! Roasted garlic white sauce, very decadent and rich mashed potato, caramelized onions, and a chive sour creme. You can add any of our meat selections, but please let us know. It is Lent, so it will be a vegetarian pie unless noted.

Our play on the world renown New Haven White Clam Pizza. The perfect Lenten pie, we took an original and next leveled it. The white sauce has onion and garlic, deglazed with clam cooking liquid and pureed with creme. Middleneck clams cooked and julienned, along with caramelized onion and julienne roma tomato and topped with Pecorino Romano and a little of our cheese blend. We will run this bad boy from now until supplies run out. See ya soon!
