It's the grand finale, the last day, the last service. We will post our final farewell at some point soon, but come get these from scratch New York style pies while you still can!

All of our loyal customers, friends and well wishers we regretfully announce that this weekend will be our last. Our last service is tomorrow. Our weekend feature will be the tasty and flavor packed Stir Fry Pizza again. Ginger-Sambal red sauce, bell peppers, onions, snap peas and broccoli with our house cheese blend. Garnished with cilantro, scallions and Mae Ploy. We are so grateful for all of you and we will let you know where we land so we dont have to be strangers!

Sliced Up Pizza will be closed this Tuesday and Wednesday again, May 25th and 26th. We apologize for any inconvenience, this is not an easy decision. We will re-open Thursday the 27th and hope to see you this weekend.

Our Stir Fry Pizza!! Ginger-Sambal Red sauce, our house cheese blend, broccoli, bell peppers, caramelized onions and sugar snap peas. Garnished with cilantro, scallions and a drizzle of Mae Ploy. Herbed mushrooms! Our pie this weekend has a roasted garlic white sauce, a trio of herb roasted mushrooms (buttons, bella and shiitake), caramelized onions and our cheese blend. Garnished with fresh herbs and a balsamic reduction, come get this perfect blend of sweet, salty, bitter and umami tonight!!

Our feature this weekend: Mushroom Pizza! Roasted garlic white sauce, our traditional cheese blend, caramelized onions and herb roasted mushrooms. Fresh button tops, portobello and shiitake mushrooms seared in oil and herbs. Garnished with more fresh herbs and a balsamic reduction.

Hola! Last day for the Taco Pizza, we will start our next feature tomorrow. But as for the Taco, we have a queso fresco sauce base, seasoned ground beef and a cheddar cheese blend. Garnished with shredded lettuce our pico de gallo, and an avocado sour creme. Last day y'all, call today!

It's our 1 year anniversary today! We are grateful for all you and your support. We hope you enjoyed what we have come up with and fully expect to continue to push the boundaries of the pizza business. Obviously, our Taco Pizza is on all week, check the prior post for detailed ingredient list. As for our Anniversary special...buy a large pizza (feature, 1 topping, 12 toppings, whatever) and get your choice of a knot (garlic or cinnamon) or a large house salad on us! Taco, taco, taco! Happy Cinco de Mayo to everyone, and what better way to celebrate than to call us? Grab some Corona or Modelo, and the holiday is complete. We will run it all week, but let's face it, won't be as good tomorrow as it is today. Last weekend for the Pierogi Pizza! Roasted garlic white sauce, buttery mashed potato, caramelized onion, a 4 cheese blend (mozzarella, provolone, cheddar and swiss) and finished with a chive sour creme. Get it while you can, itll surely warm you up on the cold April evening.

Hooray for Opening Day! In celebration of the grandiose event that is the start of baseball season, we are running a 2 large, 1 topping pizzas for only $25! That is 8 bucks off the original price. It is for today, Thursday the 1st, and does not qualify with our Pierogi Pizza. Go Tribe!

We re-prepped the Pierogi Pizza! Since it sold so well, and got great feedback, we decided to run it one more time. Starting today, through Sunday, we will have our Pierogi Pie on feature. It's a heavy pie, so you will not see it this summer, so get it while you can!

Seeing as I married into a great Polish family, I thought it appropriate to make a pizza out of their National Dish. So say hello to our Pierogi Pizza! Roasted garlic white sauce, very decadent and rich mashed potato, caramelized onions, and a chive sour creme. You can add any of our meat selections, but please let us know. It is Lent, so it will be a vegetarian pie unless noted.

Our play on the world renown New Haven White Clam Pizza. The perfect Lenten pie, we took an original and next leveled it. The white sauce has onion and garlic, deglazed with clam cooking liquid and pureed with creme. Middleneck clams cooked and julienned, along with caramelized onion and julienne roma tomato and topped with Pecorino Romano and a little of our cheese blend. We will run this bad boy from now until supplies run out. See ya soon!

Our soup feature this week: Ham*Potato*Cheddar. Soups are winding down for the season, so get your batch of from scratch heaven before its too late. This flavor layered creme soup is available today and until it runs out. We will have the Mac and Cheese one more day, while I'm prepping the new pie for tomorrow. See you soon!
