We lost a huge part of our NRG family yesterday. I'll sure miss seeing your face each time I walk through the door my friend. I know you'll be giving them an ear full up in heaven Russell. Please hold his family in your prayers.

We will be back open for business on Friday April 24 at 8am.
The gym has been deep cleaned and is ready to go. Please practice social distancing within the gym. 6 feet apart. No handshaking etc. Disinfectant is provided at all the stations. So happy that we’re hopefully on the other side of this. Let’s still all do our part and be mindful in the gym of the guidelines that have been provided to prevent any further spread.

Due to Covid-19, the City of Newnan has mandated that all non-essential business cease operation. We are closed for business until Wednesday April 8. We ask for your understanding and patience during this time and we will be back in business as soon as they allow. We will see you all in 2 weeks!

We are still open but in accordance with new Georgia guidelines we will be limiting workout times to less than one hour and maximum capacity to 10 members through April 6, 2020. Beginning at noon tomorrow we will be providing numbers at our card access located at the front door. Our back entrance will now be locked. If there are no numbers, please do not enter until a number is available. We will continue to disinfect at regular intervals and disinfectant is provided to continue to wipe down after yourselves. We are very fortunate to remain open in these difficult times. Please do your part...maintain at least 6 feet from one another, limit your workout times, reschedule your workouts to non peak hours and continue to be diligent in wiping down the equipment. If you exhibit any symptoms please refrain from working out.
We'll get to the other side of this together and want each and every one of you to know how much I appreciate you in these uncertain times!
