Five great ways to revolutionize your clubs!
In Singapore, I shared 5 ways we can revolutionize Rotary International:
1️⃣ Make your club brand new: Identify and address your club's unique challenges.
2️⃣ Embrace new club models: Explore innovative approaches to club structure.
3️⃣ Focus on achieving more by doing less: Concentrate resources on well-planned projects informed by community assessments.
4️⃣ Look for and find allies everywhere: Build partnerships that amplify our impact.
5️⃣ Embrace new technologies: Leverage digital tools to enhance our reach and effectiveness.
Growing our membership is central to our ability to evolve and make a difference. It’s up to each of us to take these steps and inspire others to join our mission. How can you use these ideas to grow and strengthen your club?
Such great work across clubs and districts!
What a great recognition across clubs!
Sending a special shout out today to Portsmouth Rotarian Liz Pasqualini who received a Rotary District 7600 Avenues of Service Award for Club Service.
Liz says what means the most to her about this recognition is that her nomination came from OUTSIDE her own club, a testament to the network and community that gives you the opportunity to build.
Our thanks to Duraid Alnaif and our brothers and sisters in the Rotary Club of Churchland for nominating Liz. We are feelin' the love! 💙💛

Your network is key to growing our community and making a bigger impact in the world!
Who do you know that would benefit from being part of a global organization committed to service above self? Invite them to a meeting, service project, or club social. Rotary just might be the missing piece in their life!
A great day for Rotary and the community!
What would your answer be?
I'm curious, what do you consider the most valuable benefit of being part of Rotary International?
For me, the advantages are clear:
1️⃣ Global Reach: Rotary enables us to make a significant impact in communities around the world.
2️⃣ Professional Growth: Membership offers opportunities for leadership development and expanding professional networks.
3️⃣ Community Engagement: Being a part of Rotary means working alongside a diverse group of leaders committed to service.
What would you add to the list? I encourage you to explore what membership in Rotary could look like for you: on.rotary.org/3VADezj
