Today is Labor Day, which really was established by Labor Unions and really is more of a Communist holiday. I would like to know what members of the Constitution Party of Virginia would you consider changing the Holiday from Labor Day to Constitution Day either on September 17th or the Monday of that week. The Constitution Party Of Virginia is the only 100% Prolife political party in Virginia because WE believe that the "unborn child" is protected by the Right to Life provision If.that the 5th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States, no heartbeat bill or Constitutional Amendment is necessary or required. The Constitution Party of Virginia believes a woman can do whatever she wants with her body, however the DNA of the unborn child is DIFFERENT of the DNA of the mother. Therefore the mother has no right taking the life of an unborn child, it is INFANTICIDE. What different does it make how many days it is sunce gestation? By the time a woman may suspect she is pregnant and confirms she is pregnant the unborn child is a human being. As ine who grew up with photos of abducted children on milk cartons this is a Supply and demand problem. ADOPTION IS AN OPTION. Has anybody heard of "The People's Party" is that another Communist Party like the Republican and Demoocrat Parties? LOL

There is to be a Rally in Washington DC on Sunday against MANDATES. The position of the Constitution Party of Virginia is that the Federal Government does not haver the Authority to issue mandates to states.

I urged members and supporters of the CPV to not attend the "Unite the Right" Rally in Charlottesville as it could be VIOLENT and was more like "Unite the HATE" Rally, which it was.

I urged members and supporters not to attend the January 6th, 2021 event as the only authority the Vice-President had was to COUNT the votes in front of a joint member of Congress. In the United States of America it doesn't matter who counts the vote, the vote is the same. It should have been a formality and no reason for anyone to have gone to DC for that fiasco event.

As for this rally, though the Federal Government has no authority to issue mandates to the states or local government, in this case the school board, the CPV urges members and supporters to protect themselves and their families by not attending this event, but ensure they are six feet away from anyone to prevent spreading Covid to them.
