Last week we visited the Hyannis Upweller and worked with a few of the interns from the Barnstable Clean Water Coalition to siphon and clean. These babies have been in since the week of July 4th and have already grown noticeably! 🦪

📣 Hey Yarmouth! Did you know that this summer baby oysters are growing in a new upweller on the Bass River at Packet Landing? Did you know that Yarmouth restaurants will be recycling oyster shells this summer to help them grow in the future?

If you didn't now's your chance! Join us at the South Yarmouth Library on Tuesday, July 16th to learn more about our collaboration between Yarmouth Division of Natural Resources, the Yarmouth Department of Public Works, Aquacultural Research Corp and Friends of Bass River.
