After 8 years of helping you shop local, LOVEVA is cashing in its hearts for the ultimate reward — retirement.

LOVEVA has been an app-based Buy Local program under the Retail Alliance brand for eight years. COVID caused mandatory business closures and consumers to stay home, severely impacting app usage. Unfortunately, it has not regained the same traction it has pre-COVID.

Because of this, we’ve decided to discontinue the LOVEVA program. Users will have until the end of the year to continue using the app.

The program will officially end on December 30, 2022.

To our most loyal users — thank you so much for your support of the LOVEVA program and for shopping local.

We want to encourage you to see if any of your favorite stores on LOVEVA have their own loyalty or rewards program so you can continue the local love.

With the holidays coming up, small businesses need you support now more than ever. So we hope you’ll use your remaining rewards to get great discounts and deals for your holiday shopping.

We’ll also be emailing our Retail Alliance Holiday Gift Guide out on November 21, so keep an eye out for that!

We just HAD to pop over to Cure Coffeehouse today to get ourselves their limited time butter beer latte. It’s made with a delicious butterscotch syrup and we can’t recommend it enough! And if you don’t like coffee, they also have butter beer soda too!

Join Chanje Money Matters on Saturday, June 18 for a free simple tax service day! They’re offering free, simple, tax returns as a way to give back to their community. This event is open to the general public, so make sure you take advantage of it!

We had a delicious lunch at Sweet Tooth Cafe in Gloucester!

They have cakes, cupcakes, soups, sandwiches, and a full specialty drink menu!

We both ordered their Tuscan Panini, which had seasoned chicken, mozzarella, smoked bacon, basil pesto, spinach, and a balsamic glaze on herb focaccia. If your mouth is watering, we don’t blame you. It was fantastic 🥪 Just look at Joey’s face!
