It's Monday!

How did last week go? Did you hit your goals.. Are you setting weekly goals? ... Monthly? Yearly?

We're all in jiu jitsu for the long haul. Its always important to goal set. It helps us stay on the path and olnot plateau. Whether it's being stronger in positions... Being better at submissions.. Maybe competition goals. Always try to keep setting goals, and then make new ones.

Just because you reach a goal, it's not the end. We strive for a perfection that isn't truly there. But we try out best to reach it. Make sure to make goals and hold yourself accountable to them. Plateauing will kill motivation and love. Avoid at all costs.
