👏Day 1 with Chris from ...and we are already learning so much about how we can help our gymnasts become safer when doing what they love... GYMNASTICS...🤸♂️🐺🤸🏼♀️ PT is no longer looked at as an injury recovery 'only' option... it is very much an Injury Prevention option as well... especially for us.❤️🙏🏻 So Excited about this and we are so ready to learn more to help these kiddos reach their dreams... 🤸♂️🔥Physical Therapy is no longer -only- looked at, as a part of a needed 'POST Injury' rehab/recovery process....🤷🏼♀️ It was not until recent years, when we started noticing that our gymnasts have multiple sport activities, that take a large toll on their bodies, physically and mentally, and make them more prone to injuries.💡We got our heads together and decided to find a way to do our BEST to PREVENT Injuries if we can...🙏🏻...We were fortunate to meet Chris from that shares the same vision when it comes to the importance of 'Injury Prevention' & 'Post Injury Recovery' in young athletes. 👏
We are excited to have him become part of our Wolfpack Community and looking forward to helping these young Gymnasts keep their bodies healthy and strong in the years to come...🤸🏼♀️🤗🤸♂️Wolfpack Strong 🐺The Best Is Yet To Come.💫

🥰🐺🤸🏼♀️Day 2 was as Amazing as day 1 yesterday of our 1st competitive weekend... So many 1st, for so many of these kiddos when the Spot Lights finally turned ON:

🤸♂️1st time falling
🤸🏼♀️1st time forgetting their routine
🤸♂️1st time competing AGAINST and FOR their own teammates
🤸🏼♀️1st time sticking their dismount

Meet the Owners
We the owners, Ivana , Erik and Kristin, have dedicated ourselves to becoming the best advocates for each gymnast that walks through our door. We believe, we will be able to provide a positive and healthy experience for all of our gymnasts and still be competitive throughout the state and the gymnastics community. We will be able to build a gymnastics place of well rounded gymnasts that we can all be proud of.
Ivana has been known in the gymnastics community here in the States for over 15 years. Her customer service skills, honest and passionate work ethic, professionalism and knowledge of the gymnastics business inside and out, has built her a strong reputation among the gymnastics community. Her commitment to the children she coaches and their families, has helped her develop relationships that go beyond the gymnastics business. She truly loves what she does and it comes back full circle. Her hands on experience coaching children of all ages, and her past experiences running and growing other gymnastics businesses has proven to her and others, that she will succeed in her dream of owning her own gymnastics business.
Erik has been serving the community for 20 years in law enforcement and places strong values on interacting in a positive way with the younger members of the community. His trust and rapport go a long way with kids and families he comes into contact with, and has been awarded many accolades for his efforts in this area. In his role at work, Erik has seen firsthand the positive effects that sports have on developing children of all ages. He believes that being active in sports allows children to foster social skills, confidence and self esteem, which has a positive impact both in the sports environment and at home.
Kristin is a mom of two and a Registered Nurse by trade with 12 years experience in the medical field. In addition to working as a Nurse at one of the top hospitals in Boston, she has built a business in medical esthetics and has recently begun classes to obtain her Masters Degree in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Kristin has been involved with various sports and athletics throughout her life. As a gymnastics parent herself, she believes that being involved with sports and athletics provides a solid foundation and improves the lives of children and adolescents. She has much experience with both children and day to day business operations.
