South Florida homes currently overvalued about 30%, real estate economist says South Florida housing expert says sharp increase in cost of housing could be costly. 15 housing markets are now overvalued by over 50%. Here in South Florida, that number is 29.84%.

There's nothing wrong with some eccentric decor in your home when the foundation of the room is strong and fairly neutral. If you were to put this house on the market, you could strip away the decor and still have a very strong bedroom. Until then, you might as well have fun with it!
