Here's my top 7 tips to prepare your home to sell:

1. Keep it clean!!
2. Depersonalize it (as much as everyone loves a good family photo and all the decor, it has to be put away) You want buyers to imagine themselves in the home.
3. Open the curtains, let in the light. It makes the home look welcoming.
4. We love your adorable furry friends but not everyone does, so hide the food bowls, litter boxes, leashes etc.
5. Declutter, you might have just one too many pictures on the wall.
6. Get the landscaping done, I know we all hate to mow the grass but who doesn't love a beautiful lawn
7. Be positive!!
8. (BONUS!) Find a Realtor, and trust them! We are here to sell your home and get you the best deal possible.
