Maintenance Issue: A resident reported the front porch light and outlet were not working.
Troubleshooting: The problem occurred after the property’s exterior was pressure washed. We asked the resident to press the reset button on the GFIC outlet on the porch.
Resolution: The resident was able to solve the problem by resetting a GFIC outlet.
Win-Win Solution by BPM:
The resident was able to quickly and easily have a functioning porch light and outlet without missing work for an appointment, and the property owner did not have a maintenance bill.
