Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) Collegiate, formerly Phi Beta Lambda (PBL). The Pulaski Tech chapter of Phi Beta Lambda was charted in 1981 when the school was known as Pulaski Vocational Technical School. Lisa Gilbert, (UAPTC Class of 2016) and past UA-PTC FBLA Collegiate member, was recently elected Mayor of Elaine, Arkansas after a Tuesday, December 6 runoff election. Lisa returned to her hometown and has been active in her community. (News link: URBANE Magazine.)
