The North Richland Hills City Council is going to discuss "traffic calming devices" at the work session tonight... residents have been begging for the city to do something about traffic safety in certain areas for years... here is the message I just sent to the entire council and Mayor:

"I hope that the city council does the RIGHT thing and finds a way to overcome their differences tonight in the work session and pushes the discussion on "Traffic Calming" through to a council session.

This is something that residents have been asking our city to address for a long time... and it's time that the petty bickering and posturing gets moved aside so that this important issue can be moved forward and have some work done on something that should have been addressed already.

The voting public is watching, and they see the in-fighting for what it is... it's time to stop bullying residents who voice their concerns, it's time to put your personal agendas aside, it's time to take action and get to work for the people of North Richland Hills."

🚨🚨 VOTE MATT BLAKE 🚨🚨
I am THRILLED to announce that after many conversations, lots of encouragement, and with the enthusiastic support of my wife and kids… I have filed to run for North Richland Hills City Council, Place 4.
As you all know I LOVE the city and community we live in. My children are the 3rd generation in our family to graduate from Richland High School, and I have lived in this area most of my life. I feel that we need some additional folks leading our city who are interested in putting the best interests of our citizens first, and that is why I am running!
I hope all my friends and neighbors will support me, and give me your VOTE on May 4th, so I can get to work for the city that I love so much!
LETS GO!!!!
