Niagara Wheatfield Elementary Family Movie Night, featuring Encanto, will now be held Friday, May 20th at the Niagara Wheatfield High School Auditorium. We have consulted professionals who advised that wind conditions expected this evening will impact movie quality and could pose a safety issue to those in attendance. Therefore, we are erring on the side of caution and holding the event indoors.
The movie starts at 8:45pm and we ask that families arrive beginning at 8:30 through the High School main door to limit congestion due other events occurring on the campus.
Please bring: family friendly beverages, and any snacks you’d like in addition to the bag of popcorn and bottled water that will be provided.
Elementary families who have middle school children who would like to attend may bring them.
Please see the map so you know where to park and how to access the building/auditorium. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1uGRSl4X9SH1tKX1wKLV2ZYUSnGdh2JN3/view?usp=sharing

Your child’s teachers will be passing out materials for the next few weeks and waving to the students as they go by. The afternoon will consist of fun virtual activities with our entire NWVP faculty. Details can be found in your child’s previous instructional packet, google classroom or in an email sent to you Wednesday afternoon.
To ensure everyone’s safety, please follow the highlighted routes so that all traffic is moving in one direction. Please pull over to the curb at your child’s grade level table so that other cars may go carefully around you and continue the loop. Grade 4 students in the Virtual Program had an exciting visit today! John Polka, stadium manager for the Buffalo Bills, gave the students a virtual tour of the Bill’s locker room and training facility. In addition, John walked the students through the tunnel into the stadium as the Shout Song played. John answered a lot of questions for students. Students will get a special treat from the Buffalo Bills in their next materials pick up.
Join us on May 21, 2021 for a District Wide Elementary Virtual Dance Party. Check backpacks on Friday, April 23 for additional information including how to log in.
