Thank you for your continued partnership, Inspire Brands.
Studies show that when children with hearing loss have early LSL support and the appropriate hearing technology, they can develop typical language and literacy skills—on par with peers with typical hearing.
But no matter the technology path—hearing aids, hearing aids before cochlear implants, cochlear implants, bone-anchored hearing aids (BAHAs)—the sooner children can access sound, the sooner they will be able to learn listening and spoken language skills.

📉 Summer is in full swing, and sustaining language learning is top of mind for many families. Here's an tip to help families reinforce auditory memory skills during the break:
️Incorporate memory games into daily routines:
✅ For younger children, try having them remember items on a shopping list.
✅ Older students can memorize grade-level content, like the order of planets.
☀️ Combining listening with memory can enhance language, vocabulary and academic skills! Find more ideas in our latest blog post, “Ideas for Turning Summer Activities into Educational Micro-Field Trips” https://bit.ly/3RKB2oS

After the ceremony, each student received a copy of the book and a certificate from Studentreasures Publishing for completing the National Book Challenge. They signed each other’s books and had their copies “autographed” by Cooper Dunkin, a service dog from Canine Assistants who visits the students twice a month for story time.
