City of Northfield Police Department has some big things in store for Trunk or Treat!

We understand some may think it's early in the season; pumpkin spice is already brewing and skeletons are invading the stores.
We hope you will join us for a spooktacular night of free fun.

Regretfully, we are canceling our Night Out Scheduled for tonight, August 8th. Please look for details of a bigger and better Trunk or Treat (October 5th, rain date October 12th). Thank you for your support and understanding.

Northfield National Night Out is less than a week away. We would like to thank all of our exhibitors and volunteers. Parking in the event area will be limited to exhibitors and handicapped vehicles. There is plenty of parking by the baseball fields and at the football field.

What a great night it turned out to be for our Movie in the Park. Movie started a little later than planned, so we had Karaoke with Sgt. Heller as the emcee and a tour of the police vehicles with Sgt. VanPelt.

City of Northfield Police Department members will be present with light snacks and drinks. This is a FREE event sponsored by the Municipal Alliance with funding provided by the GCADA - Governor's Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse.

A beautiful day at Birch Grove Park for Hooked on Fishing Not on Drugs Fishing Challenge. 55 anglers and their families fished the lakes. Brooke and Liam caught the first and second largest fish, Alexa caught the smallest fish and Jordan caught the most fish 🐠

Two fun filled days with our community. NCS Resource Fair and Life Skills. Thank you to all that attended. Next up, Hooked on Fishing and Movie Night!

Don’t forget to pre-register for the bike rodeo before Saturday. If it rains, we plan on bringing the event inside the snack stand for some bike safety education and possibly some board games.

To honor Fentanyl Awareness Day, we have gathered a panel to break through the silos between prevention, family education, and recovery communities to provide a multi-faceted approach to the fentanyl crisis. By raising awareness, we are empowered to take real steps toward effective prevention and support for individuals, families, and communities.
