National Night Out was a success for Somers Point! The community joined with the Police Department, Emergency Services and the Fire Department to enjoy a fun filled evening.

Today we celebrated our staff member, Madison. She has accepted a position in nursing with Shore Medical Center in the ER and Pediatric Care Center. We wish her all the best in her new position.

We enjoyed participating in the health fair at the Saint Maximilian Kolbe Parish in Marmora with others from the community.

We know how to Kick Off Summer!
Everyone had fun with the cool Summer treat.
Who doesn’t like ice cream?!

We participated in National Cancer Survivors Week by putting together baskets filled with snacks and treats and delivering them to several oncology practices in the area. Patients and staff members were able to enjoy choosing their favorites. We appreciated being part of this special week.

What a great day for golf!
We were proud to be one of the sponsors for the Shore Medical Center Auxiliary D. Allen Stretch Jr. Memorial Golf Tournament.
They had a great turnout. Thank you to everyone who supported the event.

We were able to join with others at the Shore Physicians Group Be Well Connected Community Breakfast at the Linwood Country Club this morning. The focus was on Women’s Health.
Dr. Buford spoke about changes to our skin and hair as we move through stages in life. Dr. Lau helped us learn what should concern us with regard to any lump or skin change. The lectures were interesting and informative.
Debbie Best with the Greate Bay Racquet & Fitness Club helped share the importance of exercise in maintaining healthy bones. She had the whole room moving to demonstrate her point.
It was a joy to be there with information on medical imaging for women’s health.
