There were some hiccups along the way during planning and initial construction, but this was our first pool and we were not familiar with the process. Jeff Moore was great and he stepped-up to help smooth the path. We are very pleased with the finished product and everything works great. So far, the service team has been excellent: educating us with patience as we learn about our new pool - and our pool water is crystal clear."
