Gold Coast Pool & Spa is hiring swimming pool service technicians and apprentices for the 2023 season and beyond.

We are a rapidly growing company that is looking to add new team members to our phenomenal existing staff.

Typical season starts in March and runs throughout November.

Applicant must be: physically fit/able to lift 50 lbs, punctual/good with attendance, motivated, clean appearance and a willingness to learn and better themselves. Room to grow within company with annual pay raises and perks. Must speak English and be able to communicate. If you speak Spanish that is a plus.

We currently have two positions available to fill:

-Service Technician (Must have experience and knowledge of how to maintain a swimming pool and balance water chemistry). Salary based on experience.

-Service Technician Apprentice (No experience necessary, we will train)

Compensation is based off experience. Best pay in the industry.

We currently have two positions available to fill:

-Service Technician (Must have experience)
Salary depending upon experience.

-Service Technician Apprentice (No experience necessary, we will train)
Starts at $16-$18 per/hr.

Darien, CT renovation. Pool was cracked in multiple locations. The crews demo’ed and prepped then entire structure, installed 65 structural bridge staples in specific locations, patched the entire pool with 9000 psi concrete, installed new perimeter tiles, reset spa coping, performed final prep work, & finally re-plastered the pool & spa. The final product proves that there is no substitution for attention to detail and excellent prep work. Happy !

Typical season starts in April and runs throughout November. During the off-season most of our employees collect unemployment and return to work in April.

Applicant must be: physically fit/able to lift 50 lbs, punctual/good with attendance, motivated, clean appearance and a willingness to learn and better themselves - room to grow within company with annual pay raises and perks. Must speak English and be able to communicate. If you speak Spanish that is a plus. During busy months April-July we can work anywhere from 40-60 hrs per/week.
