I would just like to let everyone know that running, planning, advertising, setting up, breaking down, supporting, worrying, and trying again - when it comes to markets - is not easy!

I'm so thankful for the vendors who came out to our first official outdoor market. Our markets are small & quaint - in hopes that the vendors who come to set up can sell well and that we don't pull from the shops & small businesses inside.

Our markets always take place on our property, right between our shops - because we want to support our long term & permanent vendors, while offering a fun outing and outdoor event for some pop-up vendors and our community ☀️

I'm so grateful for the feedback we received from the guest vendors because it allows us to get better 🙏

I'm so thankful for the opportunity to run and support so many small businesses ❤️

I'm so excited to watch the markets continue to grow, draw more people to our amazing location, encourage small businesses to collaborate with us, and probably even to the few grey hairs the markets are definitely going to cause me 🥴

Overall - We are going to keep pushing.

How far would you drive for a really nice shopping adventure? I would drive hours to get to the shops at Winsmith MILL Market at Norwood Commerce Center!!! But it's not that far! And not only is Shiplap & Chandeliers housed there, so are so many other wonderful shops.

From Pawtucket RI the drive is 30 mins. From my house in Johnston RI the ride is 45 mins (max). From East Greenwich only 1 hour! For a fun beautiful day exploring beautiful shops and trying out restaurants in the area, it's worth the trip!

And don't forget small business needs you. ❤️❤️❤️💃💃
