Itโs the first time in Northvilleโs rowing program that we had a boat in the A finals and we had 2! Both crews had impressive finishes, we are beyond proud of them!

Amateur Draft Legal Sprint Tri National Champion โ
Means the world to take this one, along with two other individual titles (Super Sprint, Aqua Bike) and the MTR title with my .triathlete squad.
Draft Legal race was the big event of the week for me, and was the toughest field. Came out of the water with a short lead that I extended to about 20 seconds out of T1. Held the gap off the front and entered T2 with a 30 second lead, and maintained a decent speed on the run (16:35) after a tough solo ride.
Got everything we came for, call me Wendyโs ๐ถโ๐ซ๏ธ
Congratulations to Dr. Spencer Nolff on completing his Level 1 Dry Needling course this past weekend through Structure and Function! ๐๐ป๐๐ป
Dry Needling is a treatment used to address pain and movement issues associated with myofascial trigger points. This technique involves the insertion of myofilament needles into or near trigger points, stimulating the muscles to contract or twitch. It is often used as part of a larger pain management plan that may include exercise, stretching, massage, and other techniques ๐ชก๐ช๐ป
Patients under Spencerโs care can now experience the advantages of this valuable pain relief method. As clinicians, we are always eager to seek knowledge and enhance our skill sets ๐ง ๐ค๐ป
