You deserve LOVE. You are worthy of being LOVED well. It is your right to receive LOVE in abundance. You deserve to feel LOVE that creates growth within your SPIRIT. You are worthy of harvesting the fruits of your LOVE that you plant within others.

LOVE is all encompassing. You shall not want for anything within the shield of LOVE. LOVE is plentiful. LOVE has the capacity to remove any obstacle on your path. LOVE is as LOVE does if you so shall choose to let it. LOVE is a energy that flows effortlessly. LOVE comes with ease.

Most of all, LOVE foremost starts with self. LOVE on yourself and embody LOVE so much that you KNOW when you are NOT being LOVED in your greatest wellbeing and highest frequencies.

But anywho, may this day be one of gratitude for us all. Peace and Blessings.

Mindfulness goes a VERY long way.

I got something to say

"Well bless your soul, you can fool a few". Earth, Wind and Fire is hands down in my top five of old school bands of all time. I absolutely love them. Whether I am happy or sad their music always raises my energy.

I try to get in a little self-care a few day out of the week and since Sundays are one of those days why not titillate my senses with some E.W F.?

When is the last time you intentionally set aside time just for yourself to do something you love that has nothing to do with anyone else or the outside world?

If the pieces don't fit then stop trying to figure it out. We're not meant to be where we have to mold parts of ourselves to fit someone else's perspective. I know for a fact that I am not everyone's cup of water and that's just fine. It is what it is. Go wherever you're celebrated, Boo. That other BS is for the maggots.

Everybody does not deserve your olive branch. Leave them where they are.

Memories Monday
Every first Monday of the month a memory will be shared to advocate gratitude and healthy coping mechanisms.

You know what has been working for me? Focusing on the positive experiences I've had when the not so happy memories resurface.

Recently I was showing and telling my friend about a little round keepsake box I have had since high school. At that time my sister was working at Longs Drugs (or maybe it was Rite Aid or CVS) and she would come home with supplies for the house. One evening she came home with some art supplies and asked me if I wanted to create with her and my oldest niece (her daughter). We sat at the table for maybe a few hours laughing, painting and having fun just being in each other's company.
I was so happy and proud of my little project with the stickers and things on it that represented who I was at that moment. During that juncture in my life I was so into being and expressing my creative self as an individual. I was tapping into who I was becoming aside from who I was when I was with my family and friends. I was beginning to accept my differences from the familial and social connections.
As I practice more mindful thinking the less I have been in battle with past traumas and old emotions. It is a challenge and some days I have to work harder and be more gentle with myself but I am choosing to not let hurtful memories invade the spaces of my mind that are meant to encourage my greatest wellbeing and highest frequencies. I am worthy and deserving of every dream, want and desire I have and dwelling on the past keeps me from conquering the goals I have to accomplish to thrive and live happily in my purposes. I am choosing to be in loving environments, celebrate happiness and relish in all of the joys my blessings have to offer. I am building and cultivating more peace in my life to create even more beautiful memories such as this one with my sister and niece.

This is the time to stop holding on to what doesn't positively serve your purposes, goals, intentions, dreams and growth.

Therefore, YOU ARE worthy of every desire that is for your greatest wellbeing and highest frequencies.

There is wisdom in everything we go through.

Meditate boo. Sit and see yourself receiving and thriving in everything that is meant for you. Believe it's yours.

You, Love, were Divinely created in your own image. No one else has the exact qualities that you do so what you offer to this lifetime is truly one of a kind.

Make your wellbeing the greatest priority. You cannot live if you are not well.

If the burden is too heavy for you work on lightening your load, Boo.

It is said that it takes a village to raise a kid.
But what if the village ain't nothing but adult children trying to raise themselves?

Even impossible (I'm possible) says everything you want is possible.
