Hi Working Body Friends and Family. This is Viyada, I was the membership, marketing, and programming person at the WB for nearly 3 years. I might have greeted you, discussed any goals you wanted to attain, or taken an occasional class with you.
I recently went to the studio to pick up an item that I had left behind. I was so shocked to see the dismantling and packing of equipment and supplies. This really broke my heart to see that this beautiful space won't be filled with kind faces working towards the betterment of their minds and bodies. I witnessed the owners and all the dedicated trainers, teachers and practitioners working hard with you for you.
Our lives are forever changed because of the pandemic and things continue to remain uncertain. I LOVED working here and while I'm sad to no longer be there, I'm even more sad for those who are displaced in their business endeavors and dreams.
It's not easy to ask for help. Believe me when I say that both Don and Joerg have invested personally and MONETARILY and they need help. I know that times are hard but please donate what you can.

This workshop is designed to give people the tools they need to maintain healthy and balanced hips. The hips are so important because they relate directly to the sacrum/spine and to the knees. From sitting at desks and in cars or previous injuries/accidents, the pelvis and hips are often out of balance. This can lead to pain in the back, hips, or legs.
In this 1.5 hour workshop, we will begin by releasing the deeper muscles of the hip, followed by gentle mobilization exercises to reset the body and, finally, end with strengthening of the pelvis/hip/low back area.

New class! Another chair yoga class has been added to Thursday’s 11-12 and a new class starting tomorrow 4-5 ♥️ We work all around the chair doing lunges, twists, standing poses, backbends and forward bends. Great for people who sit a lot, as I address a lot around hip tension, as well as neck and shoulder tension. You need one sturdy, armless chair, a strap and a blanket or two. All levels welcome, modifications and variations are given.
