As I tell all my clients… Take breaks! You will come back refreshed and ready to dive back in before you burn out. Using the TimeTimer can be an excellent reminder to take a break (or to come back from one). Some of us struggle to understand the passage of time. This tool can help you see time move along so you can evaluate your work as you go. Time Timer - Make Every Moment Count

The Pomodoro Method is a great way to practice breaking down tasks, taking breaks and keeping track of time. Here is a sample schedule

1- Set timer for 25 minutes
2- Take a five-minute break
3- Repeat 4 times, then take a longer break

Unfortunately we still have a long road ahead of us. While things are opening up, it will take some time for us to reach some type of normalcy. Recovery will look different for each of us. Some of us are still grieving, and processing a number of traumas from the past year. Be gentle with yourself and hug people when you can.
