I'm reworking my business model since traditional catered buffets have been forever changed by COVID-19.

Currently, I am attempting to figure initiating CURBSIDE PICKUP and/or DELIVERY. I will be including the following "proviso" with every order:

"Although the FDA has determined there is no evidence that food or food packaging is associated with the transmission of COVID-19, please be assured that this food was prepared and handled under the strict food safety practices mandated by the State of California."

This is followed up with specific instructions for storage and reheating your food purchase.

I'm doing what I do best these days -- cooking and feeding people, hoping it makes a difference ...
