Also thank you all for your LOVE, post, DM’s and prayers in this moment of grief and sadness. Losing another one of my most amazing, close, special, real and best friends, was absolutely intense and heartbreaking. However, after his Homegoing Service yesterday, I can say, I truly had an incredible FRIENDSHIP with a Star. The most incredible thing is that I actually have lived my life as an only child, with the most amazing Sista & Bruh! Grace Jones is just a small cherry on top of our perfectly baked cake of Jake’s season for giving all the freaking LOVE to those 3 magnificent women and that gave us life! We Slay to the Rhythm! And she just sang Amazing Grace up in here!!! That was EVERYTHING FOR ME!

Good morning to all the Dancing Humans and the others too. My class will only be in-person this am. I need a quick internet break today as I move the NSM HEADQUARTERS/VERA PROJECTS to its new location. I see a bunch of folks have sign up for class at the studio. Thank you all in advance. Let’s dance, sweat and have the GOOD TIME we come for. I‘m already in a celebration flow, and will pump some of my favorites this morning. 4 and a half years in the loft. Not bitter sweet, just SWEET & MARVELOUS! It’s been a long journey the last few weeks. Mental, Physical, Emotional & Financial. Non of that was making me feel good. I watch the video I posted yesterday and couldn’t recognize myself. I know it was me, but it was a me I was use to seeing. But when the Spiritual moment came all the way in, it really got me together. Just to take a moment to be still and relaxed, can change up the full experience. So I woke up early to shave & cut my hair. Out the shower and breakfast is on the table. Now I’m feeling much more yummier. I’ll walk a new walk today. However, it going to be at a slow pace so I don’t miss any beautifulness. Have a GREAT Monday! 💯🤍✌🏿
