We’re closing out the year on a dank note with a final canning of the one, the only, Temescal West.

Our essential WC IPA features Strata, Mosaic, and Simcoe hops, making for some intensely fruity, tropical, and dank aromatics.

It’s surprisingly light and crisp, letting those hops shine + making for some real easy 7% drinking 😋

Introducing Temescal Roast! A brand new imperial stout with a classic blend of coffee & vanilla ☕️

We haven't brewed a big stout in some time, and are suuuper excited for this one — after years of candy-laden pastry stouts, this here is a return to tradition.

Ours sits at a comfy 8.2%, and features De La Paz’s Big City Coffee Blend and Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla. A full body, enriched with that vanilla, tempers the bold, roasty flavors from both the coffee and roast malt, but doesn’t cross over into pastry levels of sweetness. Rich layers of dark chocolate and caramel quickly give way to a satisfying bite

We need your help with this mutual aid effort! Please consider doing some winter closet purging or grabbing a bit extra on your holiday shop and swinging by the taproom during service hours. We’ll be accepting drop-offs until next Sunday, Dec 17th.

Salsa Nite returns this month! Join us next Wednesday 11/8 for a lovely evening of dancing and delicious beer 💃

From 7-8pm, our teacher Rebecca Bertram of will cover all the salsa basics and some special steps to advance your salsa skills. 8-9:30 is social dance.

Tickets are available today for the class portion of the evening; each ticket also includes a beverage of your choice. Social dance is open to all.

Once again, our taproom will completely transform into a snowy ski retreat right in the heart of Temescal. Cozy up with your pals around a fire pit on the patio, or sip a cold one by the hearth in the Temescal Ski Lodge — we'll be here for all your festive wintertime hangs.

Got your costumes ready?? Are your pups practicing all their tricks?! Can’t wait to see you for the Spooky Puppy costume contest on Sunday!!

We know it’s no small feat for your pup to show up and show off for a big crowd — here’s a rundown of what to expect on Sunday to help y’all prepare.

🐶How does my pup sign up to compete?

In-person registration opens at 2pm on Sunday. Please come early, there are MANY pups and limited runway slots. Pups do not need to present to register.

🐶 When does the competition start?

The show begins at 4pm! Each competing dog will have a chance to walk the red carpet for our panel of distinguished judges. We expect it’ll run until about 6:30pm.

🐶 How do you decide who wins?

Our panel of judges will be scoring dogs in the following three categories:

🧠Originality🧠: Creative costume ideas that we haven’t seen before, that are perfect for your particular dog, that make the crowd go wild.

🧵Costume Quality🪡: Did you make it yourself? Is it totally impressive/stunning? Kinda scrappy DIY but hilariously so?

🦴Tricks & Treats🦴: Put on a show! Sit, rollover, howl for the crowd, bribe the judges, anything goes :)

Your dog is competing to have their portrait featured on a can of Temescal Beer that’ll be shared far and wide! Keep in mind: does the costume translate well to a picture? Will the cuteness make someone at the grocery store melt into a puddle?

And remember, only pups' costumes are featured on the can; pet parents are encouraged to dress up, but steer clear of ensemble costumes that require the human

🐶 What’s in it for the winning pups?
Three winners will take home a bundle of prizes AND will be featured on next year’s cans of Spooky Puppy IPA.

🐶 I don’t have a dog competing, can I come?
Of course! All are welcome for the big show :)

Our infamous Spooky Puppy IPA releases TODAY, and as per tradition, we’ve featured Fiona, Toby, Glacier, and Dash — last year’s winners from our Spooky Puppy costume contest — on this year’s cans.

Each 4-pack features one of each of the four pups, and inside may just be our best batch of Spooky Puppy IPA yet. This year we used a special strain of yeast from for some explosive pineapple aromas, which alongside Simcoe Cryo, HBC 586, and Strata hops makes for some incredibly dank juicy goodness.
