Meet Caramel! This powerfully cute guinea pig boy was born into the rescue. But being the only boy in the litter, he was separated, and though social and loving, he now lives alone.

Will you be the one to help Caramel and be his new herd? Will you be the one to teach this young boar the most important lessons that he is in dire need of right now: that he is safe, well-cared for, and loved?

We are celebrating Statler who went home with a new guinea pig pal, Tutu, and their mom! These boys had a successful Speed Dating session at RabbitEARS.

Meet Samantha! 💕

Samantha arrived to Rabbit Ears in the fall of 2016. 🙁 She has been here TOO long. She is 8 years old.
She is a beautiful, mellow & loving senior bunny.
She loves treats, salads and to receive pets! 🥰 She is friendly and gentle.
She has mobility issues and therefore needs carpet or something with traction under her feet. We don't know why she is still here, and can only think that sometimes the all black or white bunnies get overlooked.

RabbitEARS is in need of Volunteers. Do you know someone who has time to volunteer for 2 hours at a time? 🙏 Various tasks are available.

Volunteers make everything we do possible 💓 and without them we could not provide services to our rabbits and guinea pigs.
Please DM to discuss volunteer opportunities... all inquiries welcome.

We are in NW Oakland in Rockridge neighborhood!

Our basic guidelines for volunteers:
-16 years or older to volunteer solo
-If under 16, volunteers must volunteer with a guardian who is 18 or older and they must both work as a team
-Minimum 2 hour shift, at least once a month
-Total commitment of at least 50 total hours of service.
