Our Story
PRESERVED is a specialty retail store focused on traditional methods of preservation. We feature affordable classes and do-it-yourself supplies for canning, fermenting, cheese-making, brewing and herbal medicine. We provide a community-oriented space to learn, share and shop for healthful products to enrich your pantry.
We aspire to create a community resource for preserving culture, tradition and health. We offer weekly classes on the craft, the science and the enjoyment to preserved goods! Classes range from $45-55. Participants will recieve in-depth recipe guides, lecture notes and samples of our creations to take home! Check out our Events on Facebook for upcoming classes.
