This is achieved by maintaining small class sizes 👯‍♀️. Each class at Tutu School can accommodate a maximum of 11 children. With these intimate class sizes, students have the opportunity to cultivate relationships with their Tutu Teacher and classmates alike 💖

Tutu Toddler Parents❕Do you ever wonder, “How do I participate with my little one during a class?” … Here are a few tips 💗
*
✨Physically help your little one do the move! Whether that is taking their tiny leg and bending it into a flamingo 🦩 passé, or bringing their arms into their magical bubble in front of them and above their head, this will help your little ones body feel what the movement is and eventually they will do it on their own!
✨Talk about what you hear! Is the music slow or fast? Is the music quiet or loud? Encourage dancing just like the music! 🎶
✨What do you see? Is your Tutu Teacher doing beautiful high tippy toes like a princess 👑 Is there a green sparkly dinosaur? Allow for your toddler to answer your open ended questions in class!
✨Enforce what the Tutu Teacher is doing! We know, it can feel a little silly twirling across the floor or quacking like a duck 🦆, but this helps our little ones see the correct behavior from multiple adults within the classroom environment 😍
✨Find something in common with your little one! This can be a matching hairstyle or matching colored clothing 🥰 This will help your dancer feel you are excited for class and ready to engage right along with them!

As we head into our summer months, below is a reminder of our dress code for our dancers ✨

🤍 Tutu Toddlers may wear dance wear or any clothes that they can easily move in, bare feet, rubber soled socks or ballet slippers are recommended
🤍 Caregivers participating in Tutu Toddler classes are encouraged to wear comfortable, moveable clothing with bare feet, or rubber soled socks
🤍 Please tie and tuck drawstrings on your dancers ballet slippers
🤍 Exploring Ballet and Primary Ballet prep dancers are asked to wear leotards or fitted shirts with tights or leggings and ballet slippers
🤍 Please pull long hair away from your dancers face
🤍 There is no specific color of dance wear to be wore, although if you need a recommendation - our favorite colors are pastel

Tutu School sells tights, ballet slippers from size 6-12, sweatshirts, t-shirts, and tutu’s in the studio 💗 More in-depth information about our dress code can be found in the link in our bio ☺️
