Some of our Ocala Marion TPO team proudly participated in the 2.2 Mile PTSD Walk this morning, and it was an incredible experience. Together, many walked to support and raise awareness about PTSD. 💙

Did you know that the 100 days between Memorial Day and Labor Day are considered the most dangerous time for teen drivers? Let's make sure our teens are aware of the risks and stay safe on the roads this summer.

Before operating a vehicle, teens should ensure that they are prepared to be behind the wheel, that their vehicle is in working order, and that they are aware of traffic laws and the consequences of failing to comply.

🚦 Exciting times at the Inaugural FDOT District Five Safety Summit in Orlando, FL! 🚦 The Ocala Marion TPO was honored to attend and witness the impressive efforts led by Loreen Bobo and her dedicated team. It was inspiring to see so many partners in the room, all focused on enhancing safety on our roads. Also, congratulations to the City of Ocala Municipal Government for receiving the Project Award. Together, we can make a difference!

Yesterday, we celebrated Mickey Thomason, a dedicated member of our Technical Advisory Committee for 20 incredible years, as he embarks on a new chapter in retirement! 🎉 His passion and expertise has been instrumental in guiding the future of Florida’s Greenways and Trails. Thank you for your unwavering commitment, Mickey! Wishing you an exciting retirement filled with adventure and relaxation. 🌳☀️
