OTECH Connect this month is on the 20th at 5:30PM-7:00PM over at Spacr Ocala. Chris Marshall, CEO of Areii is going to be giving some insight into his start-ups Regulatory Compliance plan as they are raising their current round of funding.

I don't post a whole lot about Areii (even though I know I should) but I want to take a moment and brag on our little startup real fast and give some credit to the one who has made it all possible.

We have seen a bunch of cool things happen for our users the last week or two.

Our biggest success was we were able to help our first users close 2 loans for a combined total of $244K these were some stellar loans that we helped close through our partnerships.

2nd, we have seen steady consistent organic growth the last couple weeks without any marketing cost.

Lastly, we brought on the first two members of our Board to help us grow and scale a little faster.

I went from not knowing how to code, to having a platform, users and a system that is helping people break into real estate investing in just 8 months! I don't know if that is typical, but I know it is a God thing. There were days that I felt like I was just drowning and there was no one around to hear me yell, let alone help me (except my wonderful wife who I probably put through all sorts of stress). It has only been with gods strength and my belief that he was calling me to build Areii, that I was able to get to this point. He is making the way and opening doors and ultimately using it to fulfill his purpose.

This is Chris, with a announcement that i wanted to keep you all aware of.

I am going to begin accepting a few contracts to help other start-ups or entrepreneurs get the first version of their software or website built out. I don't know if this will become a full business or whatever but i figured i have the ability to build software now and through Bubble.io i can build out software and websites very quickly and cheaply, I may as well use that to help support myself while my start up (Areii) is getting going along with doing small renovation projects for homeowners. So if you or anyone you know needs something built keep me in mind! Thank you!
