In solemn remembrance of the tragic events of September 11, 2001, the Ocean City Volunteer Fire Company is honored to lead the Ocean City/Worcester County area in commemorating the 23rd anniversary of the terror attacks that claimed the lives of 2,977 men, women, and children in New York City, Arlington, Virginia, and near Shanksville, Pennsylvania.

We have some exciting news to drop on this hump day! We’ve all missed him… Mr. Pete will be in town and decided to bless us with his presence!!! 🙌 Come visit him and all of our wonderful staff on this Labor Day Weekend! We work hard for you. 💙🌴☀️

An angler from Hawaii traveled halfway around the world to catch the largest blue marlin ever landed by a woman.

Jada Holt, while fishing with a Kona-based crew at Ascension Island in the equatorial South Atlantic, boated a 1,305-pound Atlantic blue marlin on Saturday after only a 15-minute fight.

Today kicks off the Poor Girls Open! This tournament raises money for Breast Cancer. It’s a 3 day fishing tournament with all female anglers allowed to fish just one day. Many boats have survivors on board. Tight Lines ladies!!! Go get ‘em 🎣💕
