Jersey City legends, The Duprees, return to the Ocean City Music Pier on Saturday, September 7! Audiences around the country have enjoyed their timeless Doo-W*p sound for decades. The group recently celebrated the 60th anniversary of their first hit single, “My Own True Love." You won't want to miss The Duprees filling the Music Pier with their signature sound. The Friends of the OC Pops is selling an OC Music Pier ornament made by the Beacon Chem-Craft Co. for $25. This Company has been making the White House Christmas ornament since 1981. The ornament can be purchased at the OC Welcome and Information Center located on the 9th Street OC Bridge. The hours are: Monday thru Saturday from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm and Sunday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. The ornament will also be sold by the OC Pops committee onthe OC Music Pier Veranda at the Wednesday and Sunday concerts thru September 15th, the closing concert starring Kristen Chenoweth.

Kristin Chenoweth's blockbuster debut performance with the Ocean City Pops in 2023 was such a hit, she couldn't wait to come back - and we are thrilled to oblige. On Thursday, July 18, the Jersey Tenors, the newest opera/rock mash-up sensation, will bring an exciting blend of iconic opera classics and Rock ‘N Roll favorites to the Ocean City Music Pier. The group also performs songs from Jersey’s finest, including Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons, Frank Sinatra, Bruce Springsteen, Kool and The Gang, and Whitney Houston.
