Office Administrator / Manager

Kitchen Fancy is seeking an Office Administrator / Manager for a full-time position in West Ocean City, MD.

Job Responsibilities include:

-Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook

-Proper email correspondence etiquette

-Placing orders for construction materials such as flooring, tile, plumbing supplies, cabinetry and other related construction materials

-Customer, Subcontractor and Sales Rep communications

-Writing Contracts for customers and subcontractors

-Work with the Kitchen Designer in all aspects including scheduling customer meetings, scheduling contractors, and job costing

-Responsible for applying for building permits

-Taking leads and following up on leads daily

-Maintaining showroom products

- Organizational skills are a must.

Pay is based on experience.

Forestry mulcher machine rates are as follows - $1,200 to $2,500 per day with an operator. Depending on location and conditions.
Bush hog pasture or meadow mowing is $125 per hour.

Costs may change due to certain land and forest conditions.

There are half day minimums that apply

Progress on our Ocean City job off 120th street. Roof on, house wrapped. Front stairs, and balconies being framed, and windows & sliders instalation started. Stay Tuned!

Our latest deck project is just about complete, and it came together nicely. A fantastic view of the bay, especially when looking through the glass pickets of the Kent railing system. The deck itself features Wolf Serenity decking in Silver Teak. This decking system looks as close to real wood as you can get but with the convenience and low maintenance of a composite product. Hidden fasteners make this a clean installation. Also, notice the horizontal cladding on the deck structure to hide the support system of the deck. Makes for a very clean, built in look.
