Lenten Rose/Winter Rose
Commonly known as hellebores (/ˈhɛlɪbɔːrz/), the Eurasian[2] genus Helleborus consists of approximately 20 species of herbaceous or evergreen perennial flowering plants in the family Ranunculaceae, within which it gave its name to the tribe of Helleboreae. Despite names such as "winter rose",[3] "Christmas rose" and "Lenten rose", hellebores are not closely related to the rose family (Rosaceae).

Can’t get enough of the textures in this arrangement that I did at - everything was cut from the property!
and I started taking groups to Spannocchia 10 years ago, and it has become for us a home away from home. The people are such special friends that we are always thrilled to visit, and the place itself is magical. It’s brimming with history and beauty, and creating while I’m there always feels a bit like dancing with this place that I love deeply.

Flowers and produce? Yes, please!!

Gorgeous garden roses from and a fabulous container from - a delightful pairing!

It’s hot here in Tuscany. And still so very magical. The ground is scorched and crunches beneath our feet, and foraging for a floral demo took on a different look this year. But it makes me so happy to be able to create here again. And especially to create a piece that feels true to the space and time. is just wonderful!
