Hello and welcome!
My name is Kat and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist. I am certified in Modern Cupping Therapy, Fascial Stretch Therapy, and I specialize in deep tissue massage. My self-care journey began years ago when I was suffering from debilitating back pain. I found that functional strength training and routine massage therapy sessions were amazing healing tools. I decided to become a Massage Therapist to assist others in healing. I personally understand that sitting with your pain is hard, whether it be physical, mental or emotional. I commend you for your strength and I am here to help.
