Eric Smith is a 1997 graduate of The Coach House apprenticeship in OKC. He then lived in Chicago for a decade & a half initially working as sous chef for 2 James Beard winners before owning his own restaurant Citizen in the River North neighborhood. Smith has been back in okc for over a decade where he operates The Crown& The Crown Room. He is most acclaimed for his 9 years operating The Crown Room, an all senses tasting menu restaurant where he pairs a song, a beverage and an aroma with each course of food.
